It is a sequence of ancient pranayama breathwork techniques combined with euphoric brainwave music and guided inner sensing that unlocks your full human potential. The combination of all these elements takes you to a place where the real magic happens. This multisensory meditation experience awakens the full potential of your brain, improves circulation and purifies your blood, it will re-balance your nervous system, promote your body’s natural healing ability, and above all else, make you feel amazing and full of energy.

In this 90 minute workshop you will learn how to:

• Enter into deep meditative states

Presenter Bio:

The body knows how to be well and heal given the right environment. So I want to provide an environment that is conductive to renewing the natural life force.

Rob is a strong believer in finding creative ways to grow and experience a rich and fulfilling life, including the exploration of different states of consciousness. He walks his talk and only offers tools that he has found transformative in his own life. Rob supports people to break free from restricting habits and patterns, helping them make long lasting changes in their lives. He uses a range of tools to guide people into a deep state of relaxation, where the subconscious can be accessed and core transformation can occur. Rob’s voice is soothing and empathic, supporting a deep sense of safety.

Rob is a certified Breathwork Instructor (SOMA), Hynotherapist and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Practitioner and Facilitator. He has worked nationally and internationally, both independently and alongside his wife, Anna Groves (NVC Trainer). To support his own deepening and spiritual practice he plays music, practices taiji and has a daily breathwork practice.
