These admission passes at the regular price includes short-term membership, no login required.
Select up to a maximum of 2 Adult and 2 Youth (14-18yr) admission passes.
Make sure that all participant names, age range and email addresses are entered correctly.
Details must match proof of name /photo ID required for admission to festival.Â

An admission pass will be sent to the email you have provided for each individual.
You will also receive a summary receipt of your contribution.
These passes include membership valid for duration of event only.
Please note:Â The online portal for admission passes closes at 8pm on Wednesday 29th January.
Gate sales may be available, however the cheapest option is always by getting an admission pass in advance.
Please note:
- Lunasa is open to all people in their private capacity who are willing to align with the Friend of Luminate members agreement.

- Choose from an admission pass with short term membership included for the event period, or pay a small contribution for annual membership.
- People with annual membership create a login to the members portal and can access an admission pass for Lunasa, Luminessence and other events with a 20% discount.Â
- This year’s annual membership subscription is valid until 20th December 2025.
- The capacity for numbers attending Lunasa 2025 is limited to support ease and spaciousness, and we invite you to reserve your admission pass as early as possible.
- There is no eftpos or internet available at the event, and very little to no cell coverage on the land.
- Bring sufficient cash to meet your needs in the agora (market goods, food & refreshments) and hauora.
- The agreement with terms and conditions applies to membership and admission to Lunasa and other events run by Luminate. If the event has to be postponed the agreement on refunds applies.
- The agreement for members is written to provide clarity, express our values, and and invite alignment; so that people can experience a peaceful and harmonious gathering of families and community, of all ages and cultures.Â
- Transaction fees are costs for card & bank payments and are calculated and added at the checkout. The payment gateway accepts NZ debit & credit cards and overseas credit cards, or you can chose to pay by bank transfer from a NZ bank. If bank transfer is selected an email will be sent with the details for payment.
- Once the transaction has been processed you will receive an email with a receipt for membership contribution, and another email with the admission pass for the event. Allow several days for the payment to be approved and the transaction completed.
