Workshops - Lunasa 2024

We invite you to explore a wide range of Knowledge and Inspirational Sharing Sessions at Lunasa 2024.

Experienced presenters will be sharing a range of inspiration, fun and useful skills.

We are excited about the founders of Balfolk Aotearoa-New Zealand joining us to lead sessions on this revival of traditional European folk dances, accompanied by musicians playing at the festival. There are several of New Zealand’s leading NVC facilitators hosting workshops to help with connecting across differences and finding inner freedom. Other workshop facilitators offer techniques on relating, connecting and developing communication and listening skills. There are various sessions relating to movement, acrobalance, music workshops, songwriting, carnival drumming, traditional arts & culture, conscious dance, old world & starforts, kinesiology, and growing food organically in harmony with nature. All workshops are free to attend for festival participants. Various sessions are also suitable for children.
