This yoga session will be based on the 5th Limb of yoga, Pratchyhara – withdrawing our senses.
It will be an opportunity to move inwards to explore our internal landscape, free up energy channels and build Prana (life force).
There will be a lot of external stimuli happening all around you during this time, so moving in will give you some balance, focus and clarity.
Everybody at all levels is welcome.
