The Wanaka Sound Bowls Mediation Journeys has been a constant weekly session for over a decade in Wanaka and every week we offer a new inspired and unique experience. No two sessions are the same. A ever changing sound scape of overlapping frequencies and moods capture the feeling of lightness and peace.
We intend to create a safe space for expression and deep diving into the inner most spaces of our hearts through the sounds of the bowls.
