Shamanic Breathwork combines a conscious connected breathing technique with a drum journey, body/energy work and powerful chakra attuned music to guide you into states of deep transformation. You will be safely held in a breathwork ceremony, followed by integration and meaning making of your journey. No experience is necessary, come exactly as you are.
Presenter Bio:
Jane is passionate about facilitating others to (re)discover their own inner guide & healer. Her grounded and embodied approach to spiritual practices allows you to dive deep into self-discovery and transformation. A health crisis gifted her the opportunity to leave everything she knew behind and immerse herself in healing practices that would eventually save her body and spirit. She now offers the modalities that led to her greatest transformation to others. Her grounded, embodied and trauma informed approach to spiritual practices allows you to dive deep into self-discovery and transformation. Jane is a Master Shamanic Breathwork Practitioner, a Rebirthing Yin Breathwork Facilitator, and an Advanced Practitioner in Wild Love Women’s Breathwork. She is also a Shamanic Astrologer, Trauma Therapist, and avid explorer/adventurer. She currently teaches out of the Yoga Barn in Bali, when not on the road sharing around the world.
