Join us as we go on a rhythmic journey through the Middle East. Three popular rhythms will be our mantras for the session, participants will learn about playing technique as well as gaining awareness of others whilst playing in a group setting.

In the last half hour this workshop will be joined by a Tribal Belly Dance Workshop, so that drummers and dancers get the chance to showcase their leanings and experience a co creative live experience.

Presenter Bio:

Carlos is a multi-instrumentalist who is devoted to music as a service. He strongly believes in the power of music and his music reflects this in its own essence. He believes that music has the power to transport us to another time and place. The alchemy of sound flows as music in his life and he seeks harmony within that flow. Discovering ways of encapsulating vital energies into existence through sound, serving the purpose of music as a bridge between the spiritual and physical realms.
