Introduction to Deep Ecology

Introduction to Deep Ecology

Workshop

Presenter: Inna Alex
Suitable for: Adults only

This is a catalyst to meet people who care about our Earth & Humanity as much as you do. Guided through transformational processes you will be empowered to become fully alive in your work for the Earth. An extraordinary, heart-felt journey into enhanced connection and empowerment with Joanna Macy’s ‘Work That Reconnects’.

Profound for anyone longing to contribute to the healing of our world. Participatory processes from Joanna Macy’s book including group and partner exercises, movement and guided meditation will be included. The exercises connect us more deeply with ourselves, each other and all life on Earth, along with grounding and strengthening our longing and capacity to partake in the healing of our world. It not only speaks to individuals wanting to make a positive contribution within their life but also to community leaders operating on a wider scale (we’ve had participants from local and national government) and are always well received. Processes are guided and involve silent introspection and reflection as well as group & partner exercises, both movement and communication based. It builds wonderful empowered connections between people.
