Circus Workshop
Presenter: Beth St John
Suitable for: All
Participants will be paired up and lead through a series of stretches that can be achieved whatever your level! Because of the partner aspect participants will be able to achieve a greater degree of flexibility and range of motion, partners also help for motivation and vary your workout.
Presenter Bio:
Beth has been working as a circus performer for 5 years, mostly as a group acrobat but also performing chair stacking, aerial straps and silks.
Her keen eye will help get you into balance, as she coaches and corrects your form
