An introductory AcroYoga workshop grounded in the art of play, learning the principles of AcroYoga. Partners welcome but not required. Invite your inner child to come out and play, and walk away with some new skills, friends and a massive smile spread from cheek to cheek.
The aim of this workshop is to introduce people to AcroYoga in a fun, safe and accessible workshop that strategically teaches the principles of AcroYoga through play.
Presenter Bio:
Damian is a fifteen-year veteran in the health & wellness arena. He is creator and facilitator at the multi-award winning Aro Ha Wellness Retreat, ranked #2 globally in 2017 by Conde Nast Traveller. Through yoga, acroyoga, nature, music and mindfulness, he shares the art of living.
Anna is the co-creator of the Queenstown mind, body and ecology festival, Biophilia. Her teaching seamlessly blends together play, philosophy, and embodied practice to guide students, both big and small, into higher states of joy and awareness.
Together, Anna & Damian guide practitioners of all levels into the art of playful movement and connection.
