The Wonderful World of Isolations
Circus Workshop
Presenter: Flow Mentality
Suitable for: all
This workshop will be teaching a core move in hula hooping/hoop dance that is a real crowd pleaser – Isolations. This core move is transferable to other flow props. The participants will come away with knowing the foundations of the move and also a range of variations. Participants will then be able to begin to learn how to transition between a basic isolation and at least two chosen variations in time to music.
