Empowering the Sisterhood
Holistic Workshop
What does it mean to embrace our full potential as women in today’s world? A guided journey into interconnectedness; we will create a safe, supportive space to explore and ground our innermost motivation to contribute to the healing of Gaya, our world. For women only.
Women will leave feeling centred in themselves as well as interconnected to other women. A strong sense of being “Of the Earth” – not separate – and part of all Life motivates to share the gifts we each bring beyond the scope of the workshop and the event to facilitate positive change in these times. Women learn how to hold this awareness alive to be inspired and empowered to step into their full potential. We will encourage the creation of women’s circles in their lives at home to support them to sustain living their truth.
Using the support of our fellow sisters, we will discover, face and transform our sense of separation, uncertainty, overwhelm, sadness, anger and fear. This may reveal the creative, loving, healing goddesses we were born to be and we will be ready to take part in the healing of our Mother Gaya even more powerfully. Modalities of guided meditation, movement practices, 1-on-1 and group sharing’s will be used and can all be incorporated into various situations in daily life.
