Aerial Silk & Sling- Lets FLY!! In this workshop the Twisty Twins will cover a range of climbs, holds, drops, locks, inversions and rolls. You will learn techniques to boost confidence, build strength, endurance and body form.

Presenter Bio:

Identical twin sisters Jola and Nele Siezen have been turning themselves upside down and inside out as long as they can remember. Their playful, positive personalities are bound to leave a sparkle on anyone’s face!

Currently they are based in Nelson NZ where they teach and perform when they’re not on tour around the globe.
