This will be a fun, guided workshop, where you’ll reclaim your capacity to move naturally with flow and freedom building a connection with yourself, others and surroundings. We’ll explore grounding and playfulness, as well as technical aspects of Contact Improv including rolling, weight sharing and lifting safely. Long sleeved tops and pants are advisable
Presenter Bio:
Ali is a passionate freestyle dancer and embodiment enthusiast hailing from Scotland.
Her current creativity lies in inspiring people to drop into their bodies and to be able to move from within, creating presence and stillness.
She runs contact dance improvisation workshops at festivals and at her studio in Tauranga.
