We will go over the basics of dragon, body and barrel rolls, overhead moves, basic throws, and chi rolls. All welcome, come and upgrade!
Presenter Bio:
Alina has recently exploded into the New Zealand flow scene, finding peace and growth in this wonderful community of growth and sharing.
She is excited to bring dragonstaff and ropedart knowledge to Luminate, with a passion for sharing and explosive, emotionally engaging performances.
